That is the sound of sap dripping into the bucket from the Sugar Maple here in New England. Maple syrup time has started and we are gearing up for a super season. March Maple Madness month is the harbinger of spring . Some of our blogs this month will be dedicated to maple syrup, the good earth’s natural sweetener. Others will welcome the delights of spring.
