Can you hear it? Listen……..Shhhhhhhh….quiet ….closer…..plink…..plink……..plink plink……….plink plink plink….

That is the sound of sap dripping into the bucket from the Sugar Maple here in New England. Maple syrup time has started and we are gearing up for a super season. March Maple Madness month is the harbinger of spring . Some of our blogs this month will be dedicated to maple syrup, the good earth’s natural sweetener. Others will welcome the delights of spring.
