Roasted tomatoes As easy as 1,2,3,

This dish is simple to make and addictive to eat. It consists of thinly sliced tomatoes, fresh basil chopped, salt and pepper, some shredded asiago and parmesan cheese sprinkled over the tomatoes, and a bit of olive oil drizzled over the top of all that. Roast in a 450 oven and in about twenty minutes or so, you have created both a magnificent appealing dish and one that is tastefully remarkable. I loved it so much, I made it five days in a row. I had it for breakfast spread on a piece of toast, for lunch served with Romaine lettuce, and for dinner as a side with baked chicken. It is a must to try and I thank my friend Darlene for sharing this with me. Enjoy!
