pure maple and toasted coconut

Simple to make? Yes. Nutritious to eat? Yes. Ample to share? Yes. Satisfies as a snack? Yes.
Who can ask for anything more?

And all you need are two tablespoons of Mead's Maple Syrup and three cups coconut flakes. Mix these together gently in a bowl. Spread them onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper of you like. Cook them in a slow low oven at 300 degrees until the edges brown. I check them every five minutes or so. They are great in homemade granola or just a handful as a snack for us nibblers.
