Power Greens Savory Bread Pudding

Preheat oven to 375
cooking time - about 35 to 40 minutes or until crispy and browned on top and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Steam until tender the power greens
      1 bunch kale
      12 oz. spinach
Drain and then mix in a bowl with 
      1tsp fresh thyme or dry
      1/2 cup Gruyere
      1/2 loaf of garlic ciabatta bread cut into small pieces
In a separate bowl mix together
       5 eggs
       2 cups milk
       dash of salt and pepper
Put power green mixture into an oiled or buttered 2 qt casserole dish. Pour egg mixture over power green mixture and let stand for ten minutes.
Place in oven, cook and enjoy
